Donate to Aid Lauren & Tristan's Long Road of Recovery

UPDATE: 12-11-2024

I have filed some Motions against the eviction to buy us time. We have until Friday to try to get up the funds we need to stay. We are meeting some new doctors for Tristan tomorrow, after that I'll be going to the church to help with the power bill!

Thank you to everyone in advance for sharing this on any platform! This was extremely tough to ask for such help. I just don't know where else to turn as agencies don't help like they used to. I'm thankful that God has led me here. I don't know what his plan may be but we are trusting the process. If you can't donate, please share, & pray for him to heal and I direction.

UPDATE: 12-12-2024

So today is a big day! I'm going to be going to the church to help with the power bill! I just had an interview! We get to meet some new doctors for him as well! We haven't heard anything still from the courts. I have to have a bunch copied today and sent in as well for supporting documents for their end. Please keep sharing so we can get rent for the three months by Friday! We don't need the full asking amount for that. I appreciate you so much.
If anyone wants any crochet Christmas ornaments, I will be at the Park with a jar handing them out for free for any donation!! I will be launching a few events on Facebook so they can get reach! Stay tuned for it to see where I will be!! ❤
UPDATE: So it never posted I’m guessing, for the event tonight! I’ll be having one tomorrow!! When I figure out more details and when it actually works I’ll update again!!!
Merry Christmas!! Thank you again for the shares and prayers!!

UPDATE: 12-13-2024

I am about to get some more things printed and taken to the courthouse. We do need quite a few more donations by the end of the day. I'm not sure if they will come knocking or grant us a hearing. I still haven't received anything. If 400 people donated $10, we'd be solid!
The church did help with some of our power bill! Thank God!! I am having to use a little bit of rent from donations again to help bring it down so they don't turn it off.
In other news, we met a new doctor for Tristan and it went very well! We were there for a few hours getting him evaluated! He goes back next week for more treatment! I should be in Downtown later today with my crocheted goods, if anyone would like to donate that way! Get some goodies for your donation or share!!
Thank you all tremendously for sharing, donating, reaching out, looking out for events, and praying!! God has been moving for sure. He's not done yet. I pray you all are warm and safe through these holidays, in Jesus' Holy name, Amen!!

UPDATE: 12-14-2024

Praise God, they didn't come knocking on our door at 3AM! The only reason I say that is because the day we moved in, they had evicted the neighbors. The officers knocked on our door and told us we should probably be looking for a new place to live, as they are doing it to everyone. Well, my mom was here heard, saw, and talked to the officers stating to them we just moved in that day. Well, I told the office, they did not seem to be convinced and requested to hear it from my mother. She came in and told them the same thing. I started sending them pictures of the notices they were leaving thereafter. I know one was about the Building being Condemned? Needless to say, it has been a wild ride since day 1 here.
Yesterday I filed 400+ supporting documents of evidence to attach to the previously filed motions. This time they charged me - $49.99. I needed them to be copied as well for myself and the other party. I'm guessing my copies were jamming up the machine or overworking it? She had to stop in the middle of the second bit of copies and sent me on my way home. I paid the money but didn't get to leave with anything. Hopefully, that's what helped delay it too. She's supposed to call me Monday on when it's filed, and printed.
I hosted another live local event yesterday in Downtown Melbourne! I was giving away free crocheted Christmas ornaments for any share or donations! I didn't have anyone come by. So, I'll be changing the approach this time! Stay tuned to my Facebook @UnwindingMadness page! It's going to host the event!
The church also was approved to take off $145 off of the power bill! We still owe about $152 to not have it turned off. After the church paid it, we received another disconnection notice. My phone when pulling it up and on my laptop, both aren't working, won't load anything.
The internet just got turned off in the middle of making this update, I just had to pay $83 and some change to get it back on to finish this.
I'm going to be working here shortly and throughout the weekend, then after hosting a couple more local live events! I have jars and posters I will be placing in local businesses as well!
Thank you all tremendously for sharing, donating, praying, reaching out, and offering services of care. It means the absolute world to us. I am more than exhausted but God is blessing me with the strength to keep going. Just keep praying and sharing! Thank you again!!

UPDATE: 12-15-2024

Yesterday, I went to work! I ended up not doing an event as I was exhausted. I put up QR codes on the car to help anyone I pass by, see our story and share it! I have also been leaving the crochet items in the front of the car so people can get an idea of what they can get! I have been emailing different companies that align with social justice, medical fundraisers, as well as, for mental health. You'd be surprised how many there aren't for mental health.

We had church this morning! I'm going to make breakfast, then get ready and head to the Melbourne Mall with my crochet to help raise more donations!! After that, local businesses with jars!! Possibly working later too!

Monday, we have another doctor's appointment! Hopefully, this one will be good too! Then after, work for myself. Possibly hosting another event. I do have to run up to the courthouse as well to get my documents, and get them to the other parties.

Thank you for sharing, praying, donating, reaching out, and offering services of care. I honestly couldn't do it without you!! Just keep praying and sharing!! That's all we can do. I still need more as I had to use some of the funds for the previously listed unexpected expenses.
🥺

UPDATE: 12-17-2024

Good Morning! I have been more than exhausted. I have been meaning to update since yesterday! (12-16-2024) I received a call yesterday morning stating my documents were ready!! I still had some things at home that needed to be done first. Then I took him to his doctor's appointment! We got some news. Biggest blessing - They said that most people who have TBIs don't recover and whatever stays stagnant usually stays, but we are going to start working more on those things to keep pushing recovery on his brain!! His next appointment is Thursday for those therapies he received!! He's got an actual therapist appointment today for his mental health! Then after, I spent two to three hours putting and sorting both sets of documents together correctly by the date. I think I'm going to take it up there to be scanned in order, so the judge can make sense of it all. I just know when I was getting it all together, I was just sending it straight to the printer to print. Wasn't looking at anything either. Just prayed it was what I needed. Brought it all to the courthouse as fast as I could so they HAD the documents at least! If they tried knocking on the door! I also found out some more good-ish news! I asked the guy who helped me on the first day if he might think they will come knock on my door without a hearing, since he was helping me again of course. He said they usually have a few more processes to go through before anything like that happens. He told me I could see what anyone says online about it! It'll be filed within the system! That helps tremendously!! So needless to say, God has been moving!! Hopefully, Tristan can get through these appointments without being overwhelmed and I, can prove our case and continue to raise money until we have to pay them. I know I am going to work today as well. Please keep us in your prayers as he needs healing, and I more direction. Thank you immensely for the sharing, praying, donating, reaching out, and offering services of care!!! I seriously couldn't do it without you!!

UPDATE: 12-18-2024

So, we did get the eviction summons on email, we never were granted a hearing. I filed this morning for an emergency hearing. We will see what they say. I called once, but she wasn't in the office. I emailed and awaiting a response. I also noticed, I never updated about what I did with the jars or event!! I did host another event at the Melbourne Mall, but I still didn't have anyone. I even had bigger signs! I tried! Posted it in different places. What I needed was time! As for the jars, I had called and gone to a bunch of grocery stores, thrift stores, and restaurants. Not one person allowed it. It's alright though. I don't know where we are going and didn't think it would go straight to Default Judgement. Please continue to pray for us. I'm hoping we don't have to move too far so I can still keep working asap. I've been packing in the meantime. I don't know when they are coming to hand us the physical copy and when they do it'll be within that day at Midnight we are locked out. They have five days to get us the physical copy. Thank you all again. I'm trusting God. I don't understand why things keep happening. It's a blessing in disgiuse!

UPDATE: 12-20-2024

Yesterday I got a good bit out of the apartment. Still working on furniture and a few more things we use daily. We haven't had the knock just yet so, hopefully, we still have a few days. Tristan was looking for places and calling for me to see if they had any availability. We haven't had any luck so far. Most won't even answer since it's getting close to Christmas. (this was my unfinished update from two days ago.) 12-20-2024 It's been rough. I've gotten all of the furniture away from here. We are keeping it at my job. It can't stay there after Monday I believe. So I have also been applying for places as well and making calls. Packing it up as I see it. I packed all of our food so we weren't left with nothing. I packed up our kitchen supplies as well, so we have them. I don't know when we'd find things like that again, definitely not here. I have some small things left I still need to get moved. We ended up missing his appointment and his MRI yesterday. So we got that done today. We will see what they say. I haven't really slept, ate, or drank much water these past few days. We still haven't found anywhere and it's looking like we will be sleeping in the car until we can figure something out. I've had to use more of the money to help us with gas. I have bought Tristan a dollar taco as well. I've been saving every penny so if I need a uhaul, I can get one or if I need to try to pay for us a new place, once we find it. I checked my email this morning and seen the Judge had responded. She granted a hearing for the motion to stay, but only if we have the funds immediately. As you know, we do not. I haven't been able to work these past few days as I'm trying to save our things. If you guys can, please continue to pray and share. Hopefully by tomorrow we will know more. I would appreciate any advice.

UPDATE: 12-24/25-2024

Merry Christmas!! I pray you all are safe and well! I finally got everything out of the apartment, yesterday! Within the process, I have applied to 7 places, 6 being denied already. Spent $260 on applications so far. If this last one gets denied, at least it's refundable. I can get back the $60. I'll be looking for more places after I get off of work. I had turned off power and wifi for the place as well. Besides that, I had gotten us a hotel for two days to give us time and space to figure it out. We ended up in the ER last night around 8-9pm. Tristan couldn't take the migraine any longer. He had another MRI to make sure he's not sending himself into another TBI. This is all due to stress. They sent him home around 3am. We have been sharing meals to save money for a place to live. I really don't know where we will be in the next 2 days and his brain is having a hard time processing everything. With it being cold here and there it has been messing with his body temperature regulating itself still. It's been more than I can possibly handle. Please just pray for healing and a miracle. Thank you all for you reaching out, sharing, donating, and offering services of care. I couldn't do it without you.

UPDATE: 1-5-2024

Good morning! God is so good!! We had found a place here, a few hours from Palm Bay! We were able to get help with a Uhaul for all of our things as well!! It took two days alone to get everything off of the truck and into the house. I couldn't walk around in here for 4 days. I have been sun up and down trying to get things functional. We definitely have been downsizing massively. I've been trying to sell/give away some of my antique furniture and bigger things I don't have room for. I lost so much of the kitchen space. I was thinking I was going to have to buy an island with storage and seating, but to the Glory be to God!!! I found one on the side of the road a few nights in! We slept on the floor the first two nights. We didn't have internet installed in our house, so we had to wait a few days for that as well. We realized it doesn't have central heating and AC so we have been using this one space heater, but it is starting to wear out and not blow hot anymore. We need a new one of them badly. We also don't have a working oven or stove but we are waiting for the new one. Hopefully, they can find one soon. I have bruises all over from moving everything. I'm sore. More than exhausted but I know I have to keep going. We did have a few doctor's appointments the other day and on the 8th we will be seeing his neuro for the MRI that flew up some red flags on Christmas. I'm praying he's okay now. It was just stress, doesn't go back against healing. He will also see a few more doctors that day as well, but that's most important. I was able to find out he can get the same therapies here too!! Oh man, that was so relieving to hear. That drive was more than expected. Televisits for the rest. I still have to get enough to take him to a cardiologist soon. I can't find one for a price within budget and of course, his medical insurance. I have found a few food pantries here and have gone to two! So far, they have given us frozen meat, bread, milk, cereal, peanut butter, jelly, canned goods, and so much more. I couldn't be more grateful. While we were in town I had worked as well and did a couple of errands. Checked the mailbox one last time. Thank God we did!!!! My aunt had sent me a Merry Christmas card and wrote beautiful scriptures. Also, donated so that is going straight to rent for February! We have been struggling with food and finding another affordable cheap space heater. I also haven't found a job here yet. I am applying today after church and then hitting the town to see more places!! Thank you all tremendously for everything!! I don't know how I could have done it without you!!!! This move and everything involved and around, was answered prayers!! I apologize I haven't done this sooner! I didn't have wifi here for a bit, then I couldn't find my charger. It was a mess!! Haha! Just continue to pray for his healing and I, direction!!

UPDATE: 1-9-2025

I just want to start off by saying how much I appreciate everyone. You all mean so much. I have been praying for you all, every day. I couldn't do this without you guys!! We got another heater!! Thank God!! Tristan's appointment yesterday was more testing. Then he had therapy. The drive was long but thankfully, we won't have to make it anymore! We have his tele-visits now. There has been so many appointments, it's becoming overwhelming for us both. We won't have results for the rest of the testing for 4-6 weeks. We got the ones back from the Christmas MRI. We do not claim those results over his body in the name of Jesus!!! In the meantime, I have an interview on Monday! I had one yesterday too! It went well but she won't be able to get me in until she gets back from a vacation. So, a week or two? I don't think I can wait that long so of course, I have applied to over 30 jobs here so far!! Gone into a few! I also went to another pantry, but they closed right when we got there. I've been selling and donating left and right! The selling has been keeping us by for these past few days. Thank God for that too! We are still waiting for food stamps, we applied 2 or 3 days late and now they won't push it through. That was when we were in the hotels dealing with the eviction. I'm doing my best to get everything functional inside here as well. Still, quite a few things to do. It's getting there!! Just keep us in your prayers, we desperately need it.

UPDATE: 1-14-2025

Good afternoon! Just a small update! I have gone to three more pantries! I did really well for both interviews I had! I have a second interview for both jobs!! I applied to 28 more jobs!! If these fall through, I have another interview on Thursday!! Hopefully more too once they start seeing my applications! I have been calling around to make sure they have my application as well!! I can't wait to start!! I won't need much help after I get my first check!!! I also have been having odd pains in my stomach along with other symptoms that I have never experienced before. I went to the ER because I couldn't handle it anymore. Found out I have colitis. I've been dealing with this for weeks. I don't know if it's maybe food poisoning or if it's chronic. If it is, I will be needing surgery. I have to now see a GI Specialist for myself. I am on antibiotics to see if it can break this funky feeling. Tristan was supposed to have his therapies but we had to cancel one due to this. They wanted to keep me until I could be seen but I have a lot to do and didn't want to miss the interviews I had the following day. We are definitely trying to stay optimistic!! Praying as much as we can! Just please keep us in your prayers as well. I couldn't have done this without all of your help!! Truly a blessing to have an amazing God - filled community. I have been praying everyone's cup is more than abundantly overflowing and safe from this scary world.

UPDATE : 1-25-2025

Hey guys! So I have been hired by about 5 places so far! I just haven't been able to start just yet!! Right now, beachside is absolutely a ghost town!! I have of course applied to more on the other side of town as well. It's not much of a ghost town but they are either waiting for it to slow down and lose some crew so that they can train and hire more people! I didn't realize how much traffic they had in general in the area!! Some aren't hiring right at the moment but will be within the next few months!! It's been extremely exhausting. I have applied to over 100 places for serving, management, sales/marketing, cleaning, window and door installations, etc!! I've had more interviews than I can count at this point. Constantly on the go. I've had to bring my resume to some, some a bit further than others. Our power got shut off. I haven't been able to make anything to help pay it. I used what I had left and it bounced. They should of processed it when they turned it back on! Thank God, it's the weekend and they aren't in office again to turn it off. It buys me some time but it's also getting closer to when we owe rent. I honestly can't wrap my mind around this. It did charge me a $30 bounce back fee as well. I am at a loss for words. I have had so many places that I have been hired tell me my resume was perfect. I am exactly what they have been looking for. Most have been more than transparent. I couldn't be more grateful for that. Reason I say that, I have been trying to make another resume due to not getting looked at for jobs previously before the move here. I have been asking God what am I doing wrong at this point. What else can I do? I have even reached out in local groups to see if anyone would like anything crocheted to generate more funds on the side. I am almost done with one!! Thank God!! It's been nice to relax at the end of the day and work on it before bed. I think I have needed it. I still need to get Tristan's seizure medication but I have used the last bit on gas. I have still been having to try to have interviews and schedule around his therapies twice a week. I also have to get an endoscopy done on the 30th. I will not be able to drive there or back. I will have to be put under anesthesia. His grandmother is going to help me with the ride there and back. Thank you God for her being somewhat close and able to help us. They said I am not allowed to work the day after as well. I had tried to see if I could maybe slide it, but the GI did not seem thrilled about the question. She told me a hard no. Then reiterated it on my form for care and preparing sheet. Mind you the day before my birthday! What a way to start it! Needless to say, I will need prayers. All the prayers for a safe procedure and safe recovery. I pray to God I do not have cancer, tumors, anymore cysts than I already have. I'm so scared. I do not like to be put under, I have no choice. Please just keep praying for Tristan's healing as well and I more direction. I am in tears writing this. It is becoming more than I can bare. I was hoping to have it figured out by now. Thank you all for your time. It means the absolute world.

Free Mini Lollipop Crochet Pattern

So I found this adorable "Cutie Kirby" pattern on Instagram for FREE by @meow.moclen, and I had to make it! Although I had to translate and figure out some pieces off of a guess lol, it turned out amazing! It said he was holding an apple but I wanted to keep it more on the sweet side so here's where the Mini Lollipop comes in!

  Materials :

3.5 & 4.5 mm hook
Scissors
3 colors of weight 4 worsted
Wooden Dowel
Glue
Darning needle

Abbreviations : US Terminology

MR - Magic Ring
sc - single crochet
hdc - half double crochet
inc - increase
inv FO - invisible finish
Rd - Round
ch - chain

Start - Make lollipop x2 (4.5mm)

Rd 1: *Start with color 1* MR, sc, 2 hdc, * to make it look like it's swirling, we will pull up the last loop of color 1, leave OPEN, and grab color 2, just continue in the magic ring for Rd 1, color 2* Color 2, sc, 2 hdc

*Every time you change colors, you leave the other color's last stitch pulled up as if you're walking away from the project so it holds its place*

Rd 2: Color 1, 4 hdc inc, Color 2, 3 hdc inc
Rd 3: Color 1, (hdc, hdc inc) x2, Color 2, (hdc, hdc inc) x2
Rd 4: Color 1, hdc, sc, sl st, inv FO! Color 2: hdc, sc, sl st, inv FO!

* DO NOT SEW TOGETHER YET! *

Stick (3.5mm)

This is where the wooden dowel comes in!
I wanted it to be sturdy and able to sew onto my Kirby plush, so I single crocheted up the entire stick. Then, I glued the ends to be secure leaving a tail for sewing! I started from the bottom up!
You can wrap it and glue it if you prefer or slip stitch it up!

Ribbon (3.5mm)

Ch 40
FO.

Assembly

Line up both sides for the lollipop top, and sew them together starting from where you want the stick to begin. Sew all around, but NOT CLOSED. When you get to the end, where the stick ends, you'll sew the stick to the inside and that should close it! Make sure you pull tightly!

Thank you so much for using my pattern! I want to make a big lollipop pattern! Of course we won't need any wood! Just plenty of stuffing! Let me know if there's anything I missed or need further explaining!

Free Beetlejuice Sand Snake Inspired Pumpkin Crochet Pattern

I came across the cutest little Mickey Mouse pumpkin on Ribblr but it's paid. It's just a simple pattern. Right? Well, for whatever reason Sandworms are coming to mind. I need it. I have this thicker yarn and I don't know what better thing to use it for. So I was thinking of making the mouse head but replacing one small pumpkin with a sandworm and calling it even. Hmm, maybe even make the big pumpkin striped and the ones on top green and purple. So many different designs are coming but by far this is my favorite. Let's get into it!

Materials:

3.5 , 4 , 4.5 , 8 mm hook

4 weight yarn in: red, green, white, black, brown, and blue

6 weight yarn in purple

Scissors

Darning needle

Wire & Safety Eyes (optional)

MR - Magic Ring

sk - skip

hdc - half double crochet

sc- single crochet

( ) - Repeat

inc - increase

BLO - Back Loop Only

FLO - Front Loop Only

turn - turn work

dec - decrease

sl st - slip stitch

36.) Connect both sides of the pumpkin, sc or sl st down the side.

37.) FO - Leave a long end for sewing both sides!

Sewing : Sew the bottom closed! Once you get the sides sc or sl st together, you will have a big open circle! Kind of like a cuff if you were making clothes! You need to string the needle through the top of each rib, pull tightly as you work around! Start stuffing your pumpkin now and well! You want it to be round and juicy! Then string the needle through the middle and sew the top just alike!

Snake: Black and White ( 3.5mm )

NOTES

* Each ROUND ends with a sl st, ch1 *

** Every 2 rows change color, I started with white and ended with white **

*** Inv CC: To make an Inv CC, start by sticking your hook into the stitch, yarn over, and instead of yarning over for the second time and pulling through, we will add and yarn over with the new color! Pull the yarn through the loops and you're done! ***

**** Stuff throughout the process, DON'T wait until the end!!!! ****

***** For a stronger hold, you can also use wire to help with the snake's shape *****

3-37.) sc around

38.) BLO : 2 sc, 2 inc, 2 sc, turn

39.) sc across, turn

46.) FO - Tuck in the ends

Sew/ Add Safety eyes / red, and add white around them to create dimension!

Connect white to middle BLO of the last round of the snake!

38.) BLO : 2 sc, inc, 2 sc, turn

I would start stuffing here and as it decreases, also if you use safety eyes go ahead and add em!

7.) 10 sc, dec

8-10.) 10 sc around

11.) dec, sl st

12.)  FO - Leave a long tail for sewing!

Sew the mouth of the head closed and drag the needle through the center and sew into FLO of the last round of the snake!

Fin: Black ( 3.5mm )

1.) ch 6

2.) sl st, sc , hdc, dc, tr

Free Crochet Mushroom Coaster Pattern

Hey, just wanted to share my newest pattern with you! It just so happens to be fall and spooky season! I'm in love! The red and white mushroom was my first one, and the second one is the green and purple! I tried it in a couple different ways to see which one came out better! To be honest, I can't decide! They do come out the same size! I also did different stitches on the outside. I personally love the shell stitch but you can use whichever, if none if you'd like!

Materials:
4.5mm hook
Worsted acrylic yarn: red, blue, white, green
Darning Needle
Scissors

Abbreviations: US Terminology
MR - Magic Ring
ch - chain
st - stitch
DC - Double Crochet
Inc - Increase
Dec - Decrease
sl st - Slip Stitch
FO - Fasten Off
Sh - Shell stitch
( ) - ALL AROUND
r -  red
g - green
b - blue
w - white

Start:
*I started in white*
1.) MR, ch 2, 4 DC w, 2 DC g, 6 DC r, 2 DC g, back to white, sl st, ch 2
2.) Inc each st (4 DC w, 5 DC g, 15 DC r, 5 DC g) back to white, sl st, ch 2
3.) Inc, DC around (6 DC w, 7 DC g, 23 DC r, 7 DC g) back to white, sl st, ch 2
*if you want it to look like the purple, green, and orange one, don't do the last color change from the row previous and continue the next row in the background color*
4.) Inc, 2 DC around (8 DC w, 7 DC g, 32 DC r, 8 DC g) change to border color if you prefer, sl st, ch 2
5.) Sh st around, FO

Free Whipped Cream Crochet Pattern

So I caved. I ended up seeing @croutonscrochets post about this here Ba-Nessie Split on IG and I couldn't not have him. I bought the pattern. I noticed though, there was no whipped cream! How can it be a banana split without whipped cream and sprinkles?! There were at least the cutest little cherries! So, upon looking online I noticed there weren't any whipped cream patterns I liked. I for sure wasn't going to spend $2 on something so small I could replicate! So, I freehanded some whipped cream and I'm going to have the pattern free for anyone else who'd like to use it too!

Pattern Notes/ Materials:

Take #2

I just wanted to start by saying a big thank you to those who support me and have been supporting me!!! It has been an amazing ride. Now I'm selling merchandise through social media, hopefully here too! I've been calling them Smiler Gifts. I hope, any and each gift will bring a smile! Not every day is easy! I'm here to say, you're never alone! I care! I'm always here!!

What have I been up to? How am I?...  How are you?

Crochet has been an almost instant fix for my anxiety. Helps with my depression. Reminds me of the bigger things. Keeping my eyes on the ultimate prize. I have done a lot of work on myself. I have learned to be patient, love, respect, discipline, and dedicate myself. I hope you have been too. Don't give up now. It's just beginning.

It's about to get crafty!

I just wanted to say I appreciate you so much. I had lost hope in helping. I figured there must be other ways to approach it. I couldn't figure it out. Since I have had so much time at home, I've started not only making scrapbook/ desk items but there's been one hobby since I was a kid that I haven't picked back up. It's been on my mind a lot lately. I've been hearing it a lot through my friends, family, social media, and everywhere. I swear it's been calling me. Believe it or not, it's crochet! I used to crochet beanies for the NICU babies back home when my sister had her first! I knitted as well but I really like the hook concept. Much simpler. Fewer things to carry so to say. I only need one hook instead of two needles.

It's been a nice outlet for me. Not only have I made more things I can count, but I can also take this wherever I go. Car anxiety is the worst, I can't get anxious if I'm not paying attention to anything outside of the car. Hahah! I have turned it into an addiction overnight. I'm not upset, T maybe a little bit, but it's okay! All of the bundles of yarn will be things soon! I've started with making my roommate's cat a hat! It turned out cute! The kitty loved it! Then I started on lighter/vape holders! They can be used to hold many more things. Some look like mushrooms with the tops, and the others just look like a vape necklace hahah! I couldn't have been happier when I saw how they all turned out! I'm going to start selling the items I crochet, so stay tuned for more! I'm going to also keep updating the look and make this better to use. Start making sections for my patterns and makes! I call 'em' smiler gifts! Don't forget about Etsy! @unwindingmadness
I might start posting patterns I make too, for free! What do you think? Comment below!

Exploding what?

June 19th, 2022

So I have gotten this idea that I’m going to surprise T with an exploding box. I grabbed everything from my house and started working on it. I even created a template and instructions guide since I made one before. Plus I couldn’t find the website that I used years ago so that was a super bummer. I honestly didn’t want to read a million different ways to do it. I just wanted the measurements to be honest. Make sure it was going to come out correctly. Other than that though I figured you guys might want to try! Should I make a tutorial for you? Maybe for that special someone to show them you care? I started creating this one just for the simple fact I want T to know how much he means to me and how he affects my day-to-day life. He makes it so much better. He makes my life so much easier. This is something he can sit on his desk. Interact with. He can see it anytime.

I’m not even going to lie. You already know that I’ve been going through a depressive phase again. I’ve been trying to do things that interest me to get out of it. I do know T can make me smile anytime and doing something for him makes me motivated and helps me get out of this depressive episode. Gets me doing something I like but also something to make him smile. Just as much as he makes me smile.

Let me know if I should make another one and have you guys see the process and you can start creating too! More smiles for everyone 🥰
