If you're ever feeling down..

 Here are some things I like to do to boost that serotonin, 

 Skating

           Singing

Dancing

Hanging out with some friends

Working out

Reading 

Cleaning, surprising or not!

 Art projects....

 Anything you name it. I know you might not like some of the things I do for fun, but you can always do what makes you happy!
